• How does TeleMedPrime Medical work?

  Answer: First, register as a new user. There are two ways you can talk to a doctor— fast.

  1. Log into your Patient Portal (you'll get a link sent to your email address). Use the username and password you created.
  2. Call our toll-free number to request a consultation. You can talk to a doctor by phone or video.

• How can I get a prescription?

  Answer: If you need a prescription, your doctor will send it to your favorite pharmacy for pickup or delivery.

• Do I need health insurance? Or Will TeleMed Prime work with my health insurance?

  Answer: No insurance needed! There's never an insurance copay or deductible...simply pay a monthly or yearly fee, and you'll get 24/7 access to our virtual doctors.

• Will I get charged any extra fees? 

  Answer: Never!

  There is never a copay or any hidden fees. You don't have to make an appointment. You don't have to go to the doctor's office or urgent care. You don't have to sit around in waiting rooms, or even leave your house to talk to a doctor.

  You get all this for a small monthly fee. 

• Do I need health insurance? Or Will TeleMed Prime work with my health insurance?

  Answer: No insurance needed! Simply pay the small monthly or yearly fee and talk to a doctor or therapist anytime.

• Will TeleMed Prime work with my health insurance?

  Answer: Yes. TeleMedPrime will help you get affordable prescriptions if you already have insurance (but you don't need insurance to talk to our doctors). There's never an insurance copay or deductible...simply pay the low monthly or yearly fee, and you'll get unlimited access to our virtual doctors and therapists!

• Do you offer counseling services?

  Answer: Yes. We have at-home counseling packages with unlimited talk therapy sessions. And best of all, you'll get Master's level counselors, and they're not expensive!

• Why is TeleMedPrime so affordable? What's the catch?

  Answer: There's no catch. Unlike insurance, there's no intermediary between you and your doctor. The money goes straight to your physician or therapist, instead of the insurance company a cut.

• Is TeleMedPrime the same thing as Health Insurance?

  Answer: No. TeleMedPrime is not a health insurance plan. And you don't need insurance to talk to one of our doctors. However, if you already have insurance, TeleMedPrime will work with whatever prescriptions are covered in your current insurance plan. You'll NEVER get an unexpected bill for a TeleMedPrime doctor appointment with our monthly membership. Unlimited virtual doctor's appointments are covered with TeleMedPrime's low monthly fee.

• Do your doctors prescribe medications?

  Answer: Yes, our doctors can prescribe most medications and send them to your preferred pharmacy.

• Do your doctors refill narcotic prescriptions?

  Answer: Not at this time. You'll need to see a doctor in person for this kind of prescription.
